Building Healthy Relationships and Strong Futures

Youth and young adults: Develop the skills to build healthy relationships, strengthen communication, and support emotional well-being.

The evidence-based Love Notes curriculum at Dot Lake Village serves ages 13-24. The program is offered both in person and through a new virtual format, increasing access for participants across rural communities.

Love Notes is a 13-lesson interactive program designed to help young people better understand themselves and their relationships. Through activities such as journaling, storytelling, music, discussion, and role-playing, participants learn practical skills they can apply in everyday life.
