Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor will be a therapist for the program. The LCSW/LPC will conduct therapy sessions (individual, group, etc) and document the encounters in the electronic medical records system.
The LCSW/LPC will communicate with Village Leadership on the needs of the program and if required, additional outside counseling services or services for inpatient treatment.
Essential Job Responsibilities/Functions Include but Are not Limited To:

- Attends and participates in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisor for performance check-ins.
- Supervises/mentors Victim Services Case Workers/Advocates.

- Makes meaningful improvement to services, program, and processes and/or organizational effectiveness that creates new value for customer-owners and employees.
- Participates in trainings and continuing education.

- Applies knowledge of the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) to ensure the privacy of individuals is protected to the fullest.
- Performs work in accordance with basic instructions and documented procedures.
- Lifts, carries and delivers mail, materials, equipment, furniture, etc. to and from appropriate destinations as needed.
- Dismantles and assembles work systems furniture as needed.
- Completes documentation associated with the work order process in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains compliance with all policies and procedures related to human resources, safety and other related policies and procedures.
- Available for on-call work and be able to adjust to a changing work schedule based on emergencies and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Responds calmly and effectively to requests, inquiries, and/or complaints.
- Completes tasks in a timely and professional manner to meet deadlines.
- Applies safety practices and principles in preventing and reporting accidents.
- Demonstrated coordination skills and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Maintains quality, safety, and infection control standards.
